privacy - Marivic's Card Company is committed to ensuring your privacy. Your personal information is never shared with or sold to any third party. We value your trust and respect your privacy.

pricing - Pricing will be based upon your elements. However, just to give you an idea, invitation ensembles can range from $5 to $20 (& up) each and include the basic components - main invitation, reception card, response card, response card envelope, and outer envelope. Based on that pricing, expect a range of $500 - $2000 (& up) for a guest list of 100 people. Pricing for other ensemble pieces, such as save-the-date cards, programs, rehearsal invitations, informals, map & direction card etc., will be quoted based upon the design you choose for your basic components.

payment - A 50% payment is required upon placement of your order; the remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery. Payments may be made by Cash, Check, Money Order, and Credit Cards. Checks and Money Orders are payable to: Marivic's Card Company. Please note that returned checks will be charged a $25 handling fee.

proofs - Proofs of your invitations and its related components will be available for you to review. This is the time to make any changes or revisions to your invitation and to verify correct spellings, dates and content. You will then be required to sign a proof approval sheet before we can begin production. We understand that sometimes changes are required after proof approval (wording, design, colors, content) and we are happy to accommodate changes. However, change fees may be incurred and vary depending on your change requests. Marivic's Card Company is not responsible for any misspellings, dates, or content after your approval is received.

rush orders - If our standard production schedule does not fit your timeframe, we can expedite your order for a 20% rush order fee based on the final amount. Rush orders are considered on a case by case basis and are subject to the required timeframe, complexity, and availability of materials.

cancellation - We understand that sometimes clients will need to cancel an order. In this event, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. If orders are cancelled prior to client approval or final proofs, the client will be charged for any expenses incurred by Marivic's Card Company, in addition to a 15% cancellation fee. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after approval of final proofs and the remaining balance must be paid in full.

returns - Because of the personalized nature of our invitations, all sales are final. Once the client has approved of the proof, a refund cannot be given. We are committed to assuring your satisfaction and do our best to make sure each item is produced exactly as it is ordered. If Marivic's Card Company produces invitations that do not meet the requirements as approved on your order form, we will promptly replace your order. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order in the event of an error in design specifications or if items have been damaged during delivery. We ask that invitations be returned to us so that we can ensure their prompt replacement.

All designs and artwork are subject to be published in promotional materials including but not limited to brochures, postcards, website and advertisements.
