how do I start ?
Initial consultations are complimentary! We meet - we discuss - we look at samples - and we come up with ideas to set the tone of your special day. If you wish to proceed, we will create a personalized proof of an invitation design for a non -refundable deposit of $100. This $100 deposit will be applied to the total cost of your order. If you choose not to place an order, we retain all rights to the designs, as well as the $100 deposit.

how much does it cost?
Due to the high level of personalization, pricing is individual. We know you have a budget to consider, so if you give us an idea of what you want to spend, we can develop a design based on that.

how soon should I place my order?
Because of the personal attention given to each order, an early start is recommended. In order to allow ample time for the design, finalized proofs, production and assembly of your order, generally 4-6 months before your wedding is a good time to begin. For our baby and social announcements, we encourage ordering about 1-2 months in advance.

how long does it take?
Preliminary proofs are usually ready within 2-3 weeks of our initial consultation. Production of wedding invitations take approximately 5-7 weeks, depending on the availability of specialty papers and materials. For our baby and social announcements, orders may take 2-4 weeks prior to completion.

can I change the font of an invitation I like?
Of course! Choose a lettering style that catches your eye and matches your wedding style. Choose a font from our extensive list or you may even opt to combine a couple.

can I change the paper or color of an invitation?
Yes! For the most part, every invitation can be altered to fit your specific needs. We will do our best to find the exact paper, ribbon, color, or embellishment that you are looking for. Keep in mind, if you alter a design, it may also alter the price depending on your choices.

can I have my invitation wording printed in a colored ink?
Yes! Choose any ink color that will complement your wedding colors and your invitation's design.

what if I don't like my proof?
Proofs are carefully designed based on information gathered in our initial consultation. After choosing your preferred design from our mock-ups, you may have 2 complimentary rounds of revisions to your chosen invitation design. A $25 charge will be incurred for additioinal edits that are requested. Colors, fonts, wording and images may be changed at any time prior to placing your order and signing off on your proof sheet. However, if an entirely new format or design is desired, and is significantly different from the original concept, additional design fees may be charged.

do I have to order a minimum quantity?
Yes. The minimum order for all designs is 25, and we ask that you order in increments of five (5).

how are my invitations printed?
There are several printing options available that vary in style, feel & price.
