Thank you for considering our designs. Many of our creations include handmade detailing, custom invitation boxes, unique bottles and containers, specialty papers and envelopes, ribbon, trims, & novel embellishments. The following is an approximate timeline and sequence for ordering invitations and announcements from Marivic's Card Company.

choose your invitation - Choose an invitation from one of our collections or if you would like to have an invitation custom designed for your special event, please schedule a consultation.

schedule a consultation - During the initial consultation, you will view samples and we will discuss colors, papers, fonts, artwork, embellishments, and all of the necessary elements to create a proof of your custom invitation.

order a proof - There is a $100 non-refundable design and proof fee that will be later applied to your order total. At this point, you will need to provide your event details and wording of your choice (or select from the wording suggestions provided).

approve your custom invitation ensemble * - Generally, a follow-up meeting is scheduled to review and approve your proof. You will see your invitation ensemble and sign a proof approval sheet detailing the costs of your order. Changes in paper, colors, fonts or wording must be made at this time - prior to placing your final order. If you choose not to order, Marivic's Card Company retains the rights to the original design as well as the $100 deposit.

place your invitation order - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon placement of your order; the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery. Production will not begin until your payment and proof approval sheet are finalized and received. Generally, allow a minimum of 5 - 7 weeks for production of wedding invitations - certain specialty papers may require longer. For our baby and social announcements, turnaround times are typically 2-4 weeks.

receive your completed order - From concept to delivery, your ensemble will be exclusively for you. Once designed, it will be meticulously assembled, carefully packaged, and delivered to you - all by hand. Orders may also be shipped via FedEx or US Postal Service.
